Oxbridge Applications is the leading UK specialist admissions assistance business focused exclusively on assisting students in their application to Oxford and Cambridge Universities. Since the business was established in 1999, it has helped over 50,000 students apply. The Company has been featured in The Times, The Economist, The Sunday Times and many other publications, as well as on television news (Channel 4 and CNN). Every year, the Company receives approximately 5,000 student registrations and assists approximately 20% of all the students who apply to Oxford and Cambridge. They work with over 400 schools and have a network of 1,500 Oxbridge graduate tutors who provide the mentoring and support. 

The owner of Oxbridge Applications approached ASA having heard Andrew Barnsley present at an international education conference. ASA was able to identify a likely buyer without taking it to the wider market due to strong sector knowledge. This helped keep the transaction confidential in a highly sensitive business environment.
