Jon has over 15 years’ board level finance and operations experience at small and mid-cap companies. His area of expertise includes reviewing, advising on and preparing companies' financial reporting for a capital raising or M&A process.

 He has worked with a number of clients who do not have an in-house finance function: preparing historic management accounts and reconciling them with statutory accounts, advising on accounting policy, identifying accounting anomalies and assisting with the financial due diligence process.

He was previously finance director at publishers Constable & Robinson and Frances Lincoln.

Jon is a chartered certified accountant and a graduate of the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (South Africa).
