Adam Street advises InTuition Languages on sale to Providentia Education
Adam Street Advisers (“Adam Street”) is pleased to announce that it has advised the shareholders of InTuition Languages Limited (“InTuition”) on a sale of the entire issued share capital to Hong Kong based Providentia Education Group Limited, backed by multinational conglomerate Fullshare Holdings Limited
InTuition offers short-term English language teaching to international students combined with homestay accommodation. It is the first home tuition provider accredited by the British Council and possesses what is probably the largest network of qualified and vetted freelance English as a Foreign Language (EFL) trainers in Europe.
