Adam Street advises Eurocentres on the sale to Bayswater Education

 

Adam Street Advisers (“Adam Street”) is pleased to announce that it has advised the shareholders of Eurocentres Global Language Learning Ltd (“Eurocentres”) on the sale of the entire issued share capital to Bayswater Education Limited (“Bayswater Education”).

 

Eurocentres has been a leading name in the international language education space for over 70 years. The company operates a network of schools in the UK and France and has a global network of franchise and partner schools. Their educational services are offered through in-person and online quality language programmes and Exam Testing Centres, completed by thousands of students every year.

This is the second transaction ASA has advised on in the Language School space in the past 18 months. ASA previously advised InTuition Languages on a cross-border sale to Hong Kong-based Providentia Education. In recent times the sector has experienced strong levels of capital investment and increased interest from consolidators.
