Capita plc is FTSE 100 company with a wide range of business interests and a serial acquirer of businesses in the software and supports services dectors.

The ASA partners advised the Capita Group on a series of acquisitions in the £5 to £50 million range. Recent successes have included the acquisitions by Capita of Isys Group Limited, a supplier of workforce management software and the acquisition of GL Hearn a multi-disciplinary property consultancy.

The ASA partners have supported and advised Capita on the structuring and delivery of the acquisitions as well as supporting the Capita Group’s deal team by carrying out a project management role.
